Oh man your fingers are going to be so sore after you start training for this!

Everyone and their mother is jonesing for E3, but the news I’m about to tell you will make E3 seem like it took a tab of E, and turned your living room into a rave.

After 25 years, the Nintendo World Championships are making a comeback. Sorry, Olympics, but this is the most important competition in history.

This Nintendo digital event will be happening on June 16th at 9 am on West Coast time.

So, how do you show off your gaming skills you accrued in your parent’s basement for 42 years?

Well, here’s what Nintendo had to say about how you can start hitting left, right, left, right, B, A, Start:

“On May 30, select Best Buy locations in major cities around the country will host qualifying tournaments for the Nintendo World Championships, which were last seen in 1990. The winners from each regional event, plus competitors invited by Nintendo, will meet on June 14, at the NOKIA Theatre L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles for a multi-round Nintendo game competition. In the end, one player will be crowned the 2015 Nintendo World Champion. Fans in Los Angeles will have the opportunity to attend the tournament, while others can watch online. More details about the qualifying tournaments will be shared in the coming weeks.

God, can I just throw my laptop down now, and run to the nearest Best Buy to start camping out?

I’m really excited to see who wins, but all I need to do is look into the mirror. That’s right, it’s gonna be me.
